The Derby Monkey Metal Head Pinewood Derby Car Body is a super cool looking and wicked fast derby car body The body design, weight pockets, center of mass, and aerodynamics are all optimized for top performance.

This body is precision cut with a CNC guided laser for accuracy, symmetry and balance.

Building super-low profile bodies is a trademark of the Derby Monkey Garage. All of the derby cars we build for competition are only ¼″ thick. This thin body creates an extremely aerodynamic car and it allows us to place the majority of the car's weight exactly where we need it in order to optimize the placement of the center of gravity. This means more speed. Our cars consistently finish in first place at our district derbies.
