This kit is officially licensed by the BSA and is 100% legal in any Pinewood Derby event. This kit contains a precut wedge shaped block that serves as the “blank canvas” you need to create a race-legal pinewood car that has a look and an edge that are all your own. The Basic Racer wedge kit provides a wedge shaped wooden block that’s shaped to meet Boy Scouts of America regulations.  The kit also contains the official BSA wheels and axles.
