You may already know the big names and the boards. In fact, you may be a skateboarder yourself.

Revell’s Skateboard Racer kit lets you compete in a Pinewood Derby® race, while giving you the chance to build a totally cool custom board. It comes with virtually everything you need to win, including a preshaped body and race-legal wheels and axles. Stick-on chassis weights allow additional fine-tuning, while the Raceday Log/Tips and Tricks Book is loaded with hints on how to cross the finish line first.

• Weight for performance tuning. Make sure your car’s weight is race legal on race day. You can remove excess weight by breaking sections at the scores — and secure the weight to the chassis just by sticking it on.
