Skid Marx Xtreme Speed Pinewood Derby Car Kit
The Skid Marx boasts a low profile Slider body by Lester Racing cut from the Official BSA Pinewood Derby Block. The pine body is precision cut with a CNC guided laser for perfect balance and symmetry. The included tungsten cylinders and pre drilled weight holes allow you to adjust the center of gravity to as low as ¾″ for a lightening fast ride. This is a standard BSA wheelbase car that will be legal for almost all scout derbies. The body is available with your choice of either precision drilled axle holes or standard axle slots.

Lead Free: Lead is poison so why put your kid at risk? In 2008 a new consumer-safety legislation was imposed that bans lead from children’s toys, imposing the toughest standard in the world. The new law prohibits lead, beyond minute levels, in products for children 12 or younger. So, why let your child play with a Pinewood Derby car filled with pure lead?
The Derby Monkey Xtreme Speed Series Kits only uses tungsten for weight. Tungsten is much safer and heavier (more dense) than lead.
